This site is to help inform and educate/inform both current & past employees, charities, and state/federal government as to what is actually happenning within this organization.  This is also to serve as a place for employees, both current and past, to seek advice as to their particular situation.  So, What's so wrong with this company's actions??  MANY THINGS!!  And the disturbing news is that they represent organizations that actually reach down and help others.  However, i have spoken with many current and past workers, as well as observed it first hand, and unfortunately the integrity of The Heritage Company is not just in question, but more so the lack of integrity is not a question in many situations.  Harrassment cases going unreported and when reported the solution has at times been to reprimand the employee or to just ignore it all together and play the odds (basically the odd an employee will seek legal representation versus the employee "just letting it go".  There are many issues that have been kept quiet for a long time and it is time to expose these unbelievable actions or lack of actions that have been taken..  Oh yeah drug abuse... Can you really enforce it when you have many reports of top ranking employees both using drugs and buying drugs from employees while at work...  I would NOT want my child, friend or anyone i even know to work here, but soon enough all will come out....  You will read more about lawsuits filed against the company that were never heard of...  Our goal is to point you in the right direction whether it be legal or personal!!

We will be adding a Blog/Post board to allow all users to post their concerns and questions.  Please do not use this as a place to just vent, but to get accurrate information so we can finally expose what is happening on a daily basis, and yet all "just look the other way." 
We have an attorney that will help review all items from harassment, discrimination, breaking federal/state law(s) and many other areas!!

Did you know that if you go on break and clock out (the new system when switching offices)that you can leave the property!!  And the minute you begin doing any work related activity wheather a meeting, awards, or even required/invited to be at work at a specific time and the building is not open or computers are down YOU MUST BE PAID FOR ALL THIS TIME@@
